There was another competition for a new car - didn't win that one though, just the one that requires some effort and training
Follow an overweight 48 year old's progress from struggling to run to the end of the road to attempting the Great North Run. The training will mean running the equivalent of the distance from home to the start - about 290 miles. The map shows how close to the goal he's getting
